Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience from start to finish. the exclusive amenities, such as the in-room breakfast and private facilities, exceeded my expectations. the staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that our needs were constantly fulfilled.

While the drinks were delicious, the snack bar options were limited and could use some improvement.

High ceilings, vintage tiles, modern furnishings, comfortable bed, Elemis toiletries, tasty treats.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Had excellent 2 days here thanks to its perfect staff and location. We loved attached restaurant especially at breakfast.

The accommodation had a central location very near the bar area. The stuff where competent and active and provided exceptional service.

The decor was breathtaking, especially in the refurbished rooms with their high ceilings. The corridors were like a fascinating maze. The front desk personnel were helpful and kind. I loved the unique and quirky feel of the hotel. The room was comfortable with great amenities and free water bottles. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

Everything was very clean, good value. The place was reasonably clean and absolutely stunning, had respectful staff from the doorman whose warm welcome and helpful concierge who helped us leave our bags at the hotel when we arrived to the breakfast staff. We had a warm breakfast, it was included and featured pastries, fresh fruit, bangers, eggs and cheese.

Incredible and wonderful hotel, the services were excellant, amazing location close to the theatre. Luxurious, budget rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable, providing a nice atmosphere for a romantic escape. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location was also convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area and take part in various activities.

Our peaceful getaway was frequently interrupted by noise from the nearby main road. It was difficult to have a good night's sleep with all the disturbance.

The hotel was unique and clean, its location was magnificent close to shopping areas, outstanding service. I had reasonably priced room with 2 double beds.

Good value, it was very good stay in a beautiful hotel with genuinely warm and welcoming staff. The restaurant here was comfortable for breakfast, we both ordered excellent dishes.

The hotel's location was convenient, with a short walk to St. Peter's Square and tram stops, and a 15-minute walk to the shops.

Very fancy place, great food offered for full English breakfast. Also, a publicly owned art museum was not far. Furthermore, parking onsite was a bonus.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent for exploring the city, with easy access to bars, transportation, and the airport.

Well, the room definitely could be cleaned.

Spotlessly clean place accompanied by competent staff. It was good value with an absolutely beautiful décor. We were in a decent location not too far from a night club.

Original and impressive building with modern and comfortable rooms. Staff were pleasant and accommodating during check-in. Great breakfast options and quality service. Ideal location for visiting the local university. Complimentary toiletries and various extras available for guests.

Very nice old hotel, central location extremely near to the railway, professional staff, amazing bar area. Liked the room, it was well-kept and air conditioned.

We stayed in a beautiful hotel full of character located right next to the theatre, close to both the train and bus station. The room we stayed in was quiet and out of the way, yet beautifully furnished and the staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was also delicious and there was even an upgrade.

The parking situation was not ideal and required quite a distance to walk to the hotel.
